A Lavatory Troll

Past the door, you encounter a Lavatory Troll. "You must pay the toll," says the Troll.

Without any fairy gravy in your inventory:

"Without gravy, none shall pass." Since you have none, you must turn back.

With some fairy gravy in your inventory:

The Troll hungrily eyes your Fairy Gravy, and you hand it over to him. As he begins to slurp away at it, he waves you past.

Found in The Dark and Dank and Sinister Cave.
