Notes
- You cannot receive any drunkenness from the scroll if you are a Teetotaler or Oxygenarian.
- 668 is the number you get if you divide 1337 by 2 and round down.
- Before NS-13 this item was made by meatpasting.

- The "Neighbor of the Beast" (668) is a play on the Number of the Beast (666), based on the fact that houses next to each other on the same side of the street usually have numbers two apart, as all the evens are on one side and the odds on the other.
