We waited a whole two weeks, and we got a bucketful of adventuring goodness, along with several new ways to mess with our heads. Welcome to the next great revolution in KoL. Your mileage will vary depending on how you approach the game.

It's hard
to understand some things until you've experienced them first hand. No matter
how you try to describe it, there's no adequate way to convey the totality of
the experience. Parenthood, especially being a mother, is one of those things.
A piece of your heart gets up and goes walking out of you, and everything
changes. Everything matters more now, not just because you're doing things for
yourself or for you and your significant other, but there's someone who is
completely and utterly dependent on you for everything. And you'll do anything
for that child, anything at all.
Most
parents understand the above; if you're there, you know the feeling. However,
very, very few people know what it's like to lose a child, especially in a
horrific way. Acey is one of those people.

Hello Adventurers,
I wanted to share with you my most recent accomplishments in shortening one of the longer quests in the game. I have reduced the quest to as little as 100-adventures (RNG plays an important role as always). My best run has been done using a myst. class due to the way it is performed. However, it can be done with any class successfully. I want to encourage anyone who has ideas to make this quest even shorter to chime in and share. Alone we are strong, but together we are strongest. Enjoy.

As usual, a thread in the forums
caught my eye, and I began to think about the possibilities of banking
within KoL. Given that there are many ways to study the economics of
loathing, one wonders if establishing a bank would actually work. Click
Read More to outline some of the issues that would need to be
considered for such an entity to exist.

So, you wonder how those people manage to get so freakin' rich, other
than the fact that they regularly donate and have Mr. As to sell, or
they found an ultra-rare, or whatnot. With some help from an Excel
spreadsheet, you too can make decisions on whether or not an effect
will really pay off when you run your turns. Click Read More to learn
some basic analysis methods that will definitely put meat on your mind.
